This one’s easy - When the staff referred to the Reference area as “My desk”. As a regular patron, I appreciate the recognition. While visiting, the desk was busy, but they were holding a request for me, so I told them, I’d be available for a while in the reference section. They told me that they would bring me my selection at my desk.
